At Wick'd With Scents, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrance products and ensuring every order is carefully inspected before shipment.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us investigate and resolve the issue, we may request photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Failure to report an issue within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.

Wick'd With Scents reserves the right to review all claims and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
